Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is also a coach as well as trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the first woman to ever win twice in CrossFit Games. In 2010, she finished second. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter who is also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity media personality. Her fame was boosted by her being the first woman who taken home twice at the CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012 Also, she was credited with winning in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Being a sports and working out enthusiast from a young age she participated in various school games and also won numerous awards. As of 2009, she competed in the CrossFit competition in California. Annie Thorisdottir will be 31 (by in 2021). She's 5' 7 and weighs around 67kg. Annie began CrossFit in California, in 2009. She was able to perform quite well through the first couple of games. Annie was ranked among in the top 10 among over 70. While she did not take home any titles She finished in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In the same year, under Jami's guidance, she took home the silver medal at the CrossFit Games. It was in her second year of competition that she took part again in CrossFit Games. Due to her outstanding performance, she became the first female athlete to win CrossFit Games. Annie was a winner, having outstanding 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first woman in history to be crowned the winner of each of the CrossFit Games. In 2014, she also took home a gold. Then in 2021 she took home the bronze medal. Annie is currently a coach as well as a trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she started in the year 2000. As she has gained more recognition as an athlete, Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae among many other brands.
