David-Muir

David Muir (born August 25 1949) is a famous American anchor, journalist and reporter. Most well-known is for World News Tonight. With its animated gestures and dramatic clips of celeb chatter, his program is now America's top-rated newscast. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning program. Prior to joining ABC World News Tonight, he served as the primary substitute for his predecessor Diane Sawyer. The primetime newscasts for ABC News include Breaking Point: Heroin in America, Flashpoint Refugees and America. He has traveled around the globe, reporting on news from Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He has been awarded multiple Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards and distinctions from the Associated Press.
