Carly Rae

Carly Rae Jepsen, born in Mission British Columbia Canada on 21 November 1985. She started playing music from a very young age, and by the time she reached high school she had already performed at local talent performances. After she graduated high school and attended the Canadian College of Performing Arts was the next destination. She auditioned in 2007 to be a part of the fifth series on Canadian Idol and made it to the Top 3. Her debut album Tug of War was released in 2008 after the conclusion of the Canadian Idol. It peaked at the 6th spot on Canadian Albums chart. Its hit song Call Me Maybe was from her 2012 second album Kiss. It became a world-wide success, topping charts and selling over 15 million copies across 18 different countries. Since then she released three other albums and has received numerous awards including two Grammy nods. Carly Rae Jepsen earned a significant amount of money from her career as a musician. The estimated value of her earnings is 15 million dollars, with an annual income of $5 million from endorsements and concerts.
